PUR Glue LIne

Mirlux E-Series doors produced by Corona Millworks feature a nearly invisible glue line. Our IMA Novimat Contour edge bander uses less glue and provides better penetration without losing the strength of the bond. PUR (Polyurethane) adhesive can be up to six times more moisture resistant than EVA glues, and posses a faster curing time. PUR adhesives are unfilled, producing tight joints and is transparent so it can be used with edgebanding material of almost any color. Additionally these doors are more resistant to heat, water, moisture, and steam.

Additionally, our E-Series doors are backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

High Gloss & Super Matte Panels

MIRLUX is renowned for its excellent thermal and UV stability, high strength, dimensional stability, optical clarity and precision surface characteristics. MIRLUX is lighter than glass or solid acrylic with an easy-to-clean, hygienic surface.  MIRLUX is constructed of PET (Polyester – Polyethylene Terephthalate) laminated to super smooth, low surface variance TSCA Title VI Certified medium density fiberboard (MDF). The surface PET is co-extruded as .4 mm film that is roller laminated with PUR adhesive for no off-gassing that results in a water-resistant seal that won’t delaminate and allows MIRLUX to have the smoothest surface possible.
