PUR Glue Line

Veneer E-Series doors produced by Corona Millworks feature a nearly invisible glue line. Our IMA Novimat Contour edge bander uses less glue and provides better penetration without losing the strength of the bond. PUR (Polyurethane) adhesive can be up to six times more moisture resistant than EVA glues, and posses a faster curing time. PUR adhesives are unfilled, producing tight joints and is transparent so it can be used with edgebanding material of almost any color. Additionally these doors are more resistant to heat, water, moisture, and steam.

Additionally, E-Series doors are backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

We stock a wide range of real wood veneers and matching edgebanding available in .5mm or 1mm, and thicknesses.  Veneer can be sanded and finished to your needs and offers the look of solid wood for a fraction of the price.  Another benefit is that grain and panel matching is more consistent.
