BASIC FUNCTION:  All machine operators must show leadership and ensure quality products are produced effectively and efficiently. All operators are expected to maintain their machinery and workspaces in a clean and organized manner. Operators must have the ability to move in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company quality guidelines. Operators must update the status of jobs in progress and completed by using the company’s shop floor management software and notify the operations manager of any issues. It is their responsibility to work with other team members on various machines to keep up with the production schedule. Operators must work with focus, discipline and a sense of urgency to accomplish personal, professional and company goals. It is essential that the operator has high attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with effective communication skills.

(Machine Operator Positions will include: CNC Operator, Foil Press Operator, Edge band Operator and a Panel Saw Operator)

BASIC FUNCTION:  We are seeking individuals who are willing to further develop their craftsmanship, are self-motivated, have technical skills, and are willing to be a part of a team. These positions require no previous experience and all laborers will be placed through an on boarding and training program.

(Will include positions such as: Finisher / Detailers, Packaging / Wrapping, and Sanders)

BASIC FUNCTION: This is the entry level position title within this series. Employees at this level are expected to perform minor repairs and improvements in a variety of trades under the direction of a building or maintenance supervisor.

BASIC FUNCTION: This is the mid-level position title within this department. Employees at this level are expected to have developed a trade of expertise for machine maintenance and production equipment repairs; Installs, maintains and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, mechanical and electrical systems on all production equipment and have the ability to work independently in the performance of standard maintenance and repairs.

Employees at this level are expected to have developed management capabilities and be able to efficiently and effectively lead a team of technicians. Level III technicians are expected to maintain and manage maintenance and technician schedules, and have a high level of communication and technical capabilities.

BASIC FUNCTION:  The E-Series Production Supervisor position is responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment. This includes being accountable for the achievement of all safety, quality, customer service, productivity, throughput, cost and continuous improvement objectives through both individual and team contributions. Production Supervisors are accountable for providing clear direction, leadership, and support to direct reports through teamwork and coaching.

BASIC FUNCTION:  We are looking for a detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher and Freight Logistics Scheduler to dispatch our drivers to customer locations and cross-docking. In this role, you will work closely with the shipping departments at multiple locations along with customer service and sales. Duties will include planning and adjusting routes, as well as scheduling drivers to deliver or collect freight, shipments, and packages. To ensure success, you should exhibit experience in dispatching and freight logistics and the ability to work under pressure and whose organizational skills translate into exceptional freight delivery services. This position will report directly to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.

BASIC FUNCTION:  A shipping and receiving associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role involves a variety of tasks such as: receiving and inspecting inbound & outbound shipments, verifying the accuracy of shipments, preparing and packaging orders for shipment, maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipment activities, communicating with other departments and carries to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that arise. This position will report directly to the Shipping and Receiving Manager.

BASIC FUNCTION:  The safety coordinator will conduct announced and unannounced audits to ensure compliance according to company procedures as well as local, state, federal and international standards. The safety coordinator will conduct safety equipment inspections and provide recommendations at the site level to ensure equipment is in good working order. The site safety coordinators will mentor other safety coordinators and cross train to ensure we are providing consistent daily safety inspections and site orientation across the board.

BASIC FUNCTION:  A Shipping and Receiving Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and management for all Shipping/Receiving/Inventory employees at Corona Millworks. Ensure production outputs are met, adhere to company policies and procedures. Responsible for assuring shipping schedules are met by organizing and coordinating freight loads. Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Will train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward & discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.

BASIC FUNCTION:  The ideal candidate must excel with people skills along with working with colleagues and customers. You must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, while remaining organized and managing timelines. You will be expected to have a high attention to detail and a great ability to communicate. You must be competent with all aspects of Microsoft Office and have a background in the Cabinet/Cabinet Manufacturing Industry or background in the Building Materials Industry/Manufacturing or related field. As a Customer/Sales Support employee you will develop strong product knowledge through hands-on training. You will provide quotes using our internal databases, follow up on quotes to ensure they have been received by the customer and most importantly build relationships with clients for future needs.
